Soccer Star Welsh Athlete Ramsey Increases Bounty for Lost Pet in Mexican Territory to £15,000
Wales football star Aaron Ramsey has raised the reward for details about the missing dog Halo to $twenty thousand dollars.
The former Premier League club Arsenal and Cardiff midfielder, who now is with the Mexican club Pumas in Mexico City, stated that the beagle was observed in San Miguel de Allende, located in the Guanajuato state region.
the dog, who went missing on October 9th, was wearing a tracking device, and Ramsey posted a Google maps location of the spot she vanished from.
"Any sort of information about our pet Halo kindly contact us. Substantial incentive for reuniting with her. We are all hoping she's ok and will return to our family soon," the athlete shared on social media.
Initial Reward and Emotional Pleas
Ramsey initially announced that Halo had disappeared 14 days prior and has subsequently posted several photos of the adored canine on his social media account.
A $10,000 incentive was originally provided, but with lack of updates on the dog's location after a week, Ramsey and his family raised the sum.
"Our only wish is our girl back," he said in another appeal on his online platforms after the elderly pet went missing.
A recent picture post is a grayscale snapshot of Halo sleeping, its head resting in the bend of the athlete's arm, with the caption: "How I wish to hold you again Halo."
Household's Worries and Background
The footballer has also shared a message from his spouse Mrs. Ramsey on online channels mentioning they have a few "important queries" about the event and are concerned the household "might not get answers".
"To this day we have not located our dog. It is unlikely we will," the spouse's message expressed.
The Welsh skipper signed with Mexico's first division club Pumas UNAM earlier this year and had his debut in the Mexican league in August.
The Caerphilly-born athlete is the pioneering prominent British Isles athlete to play in the Mexico's top division.
